Profile:
Alan attended the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Ottawa where he received his formal culinary training in the foundations of French cuisine and went on to develop his passion and knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine working as a chef in a variety of French, Italian and Spanish restaurants in Montreal, Ottawa and finally here in Vancouver. He also worked for two years in catering and enjoys working closely with people to make their special events as enjoyable as possible.
Alan loves to cook with the flavours of the Mediterranean, which naturally lend themselves to healthy eating, but he also appreciates the joy of eating comfort food and will cook any of your favourite recipes for you.
