After many years in an office, Chef Vivian began searching for something
innovative and rewarding where she could put her creative energy to work. Vivian
has been cooking delicious meals for 3 years and is the owner of Chef En Route
Personal Chef Service. She specializes in Mediterranean Fair and Low-Fat
Home-style cooking.
